Aaron Davis is a dynamic leader, inspirational speaker, and best-selling author with over three decades of experience guiding others through life’s most difficult seasons. As co-founder of Oscar Mike Trauma Coaching Systems and the architect behind the Power, Pattern, Purpose trauma coaching model, Aaron is passionate about helping people overcome adversity and unlock true healing and breakthrough.
With a career rooted in public service, Aaron brings a wealth of experience from his time in law enforcement, having served as a Detective Sergeant, S.W.A.T. team member, and School Resource Officer. He’s led and investigated some of the most complex cases—ranging from homicide and cybercrime to arson and sexual assault—while also specializing in high-risk operations, executive security, and crisis response. This depth of field experience has uniquely positioned him to train, lead, and consult with clarity and authority.

As an ordained pastor of more than 30 years, Aaron has faithfully served in roles including Executive Pastor, Associate Pastor, Youth Pastor, and Worship Pastor.
